Shipping & Delivery

Please select the right shipping based on your region (incorrect selections will be corrected.) Shipping rates and times are subject to change based on conditions, and we will provide tracking information. Contact us with any questions regarding shipping times or rates. Please see the Returns & Replacements section for more information about damaged or returns. 

Please note that the recipient must open and inspect the contents of all boxes immediately upon arrival to report an damaged or defects. Any claims for damaged need to be reported within 2 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. For any issues, please keep all boxes and packing materials. 


Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy provides a full refund on any non-installed items in its original packaging within 2 business days of delivery.  After 2 business days you will have 7 days for a store credit. 

You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping including insurance for the full retail value of the items. 

The item and all parts must be returned in the original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton. 

The item must be packed exactly as it was shipped. Any variation may result in damage to the piece and could invalidate your return. 

All special orders are all final sale.

All returns will be subject to a  35% restocking fee.
