Shipping & Delivery

Please select the right shipping based on your region (incorrect selections will be corrected). Shipping rates are determined based on geographic region and total cost of your order. Shipping rates and times are subject to change based on conditions, and we will provide tracking information. Contact us with any questions about shipping times or rates. Please see the Shipping and Returns section for more information about damages or returns. Gift Certificates are calculated for us to receive an estimate of shipping costs for these over sized items. 

Returns & Replacements

The Accessory Store cares deeply about the quality of your purchase and fairness to all users. To ensure that our products are both readily available and in excellent condition, we have implemented the following return and damages policy. By purchasing with us, you agree to read and adhere to the following policy: 

Returns Policy:

Returns on "in-stock" items only; no returns on "special order" or "sale" items. Contact us within ONE WEEK

 of receiving your order for refund of merchandise with a 10% restocking fee (cost of shipping and handling, taxes and return shipping are not included in refund). NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON UNWRAPPED SHADES. Electrical items must be installed by an electrician. After one week, items are not returnable for any credit. All Special order items are FINAL SALE. 


If you would like to exchange an "in-stock" item for another "in-stock" item, we will waive the restocking fee, in addition to shipping the replacement item out for free. The exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value.  

Damages Policy:


Contact us within ONE WEEK to exchange a damaged item. Damaged item must be shipped back to us before the new item is shipped out. We will ship the new item out free of charge. If you would like to return a damaged item without an exchange, you are responsible for return shipping and original shipping cost, although we will waive the restocking fee.
